对火电厂典型汽轮机组故障数据进行收集和统计分析 ,从故障统计的角度阐述电厂设备常见振动故障机理。在此基础上开发了实用的汽轮机故障管理数据库 ,对于数据库系统的结构、性能、特点进行分析和讨论。该数据库系统可以方便现场人员快速查询各类故障信息和以往的故障处理经验 ,为现场快速分析处理故障提供便捷有效地参考工具和信息平台 ,有利于实现对故障实例的标准化管理
The typical steam turbines in thermal power plant fault data collection and statistical analysis from the perspective of fault statistics, power plant equipment common vibration fault mechanism. On this basis, a practical database of fault management of steam turbine is developed, and the structure, performance and characteristics of the database system are analyzed and discussed. The database system can facilitate on-site personnel to quickly query all kinds of fault information and past experience of fault handling, provide convenient and effective reference tools and information platform for rapid analysis and troubleshooting in the field, which is conducive to the standardized management of fault instances
