通过室内试验方法,选择二灰碎石4种级配,研究了成型工艺、成型延迟时间、粉煤灰细度等因素对二灰碎石材料强度、模量等主要力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,较之静压成型,振动成型可以获得更高的密实度和强度,从而有利于提高抗压回弹模量、降低收缩性能;延迟时间对材料后期强度影响更显著,对模量影响不明显,建议延迟时间控制在24h内;随着粉煤灰细度的增加,材料的强度不断增加,细度达到60%以后增加不明显,粉煤灰细度对模量影响规律不明显。
Four kinds of gradation of lime-fly ash were selected by laboratory test. The effects of forming process, forming delay time and fineness of fly ash on main mechanical properties such as strength and modulus of lime-fly ash were studied. The results show that, compared with static pressure forming, vibration molding can obtain higher density and strength, which is beneficial to improve the compressive resilience modulus and reduce the shrinkage performance; the delay time has more significant impact on the late strength of the material, the impact on modulus It is not obvious that it is suggested that the delay time should be controlled within 24 hours. With the increase of fineness of fly ash, the strength of the material increases continuously. The increase of fly ash is not obvious after the fineness reaches 60%. The effect of fineness of fly ash on modulus is not obvious.
