输尿管下段和膀胱壁段是上尿路结合下降过程中易滞留和嵌顿的部位，常引起病人顽固性肾绞痛和肾益、输尿管积水而需手术治疗。我院自1990年6月～1997年8月对输尿管膀跳壁段结石需手术治疗的住院患者24例，施行经直肠或阴道及腹部双合诊按摩治疗，促进结石排出，取得满意疗效。l Lower ureter and bladder wall segment is the process of upper urinary tract detachment and incarceration easy to detain the site, often causing patients with refractory renal colic and kidney benefit, ureteral hydronephrosis and surgery. In our hospital from June 1990 to August 1997, 24 cases of inpatients with ureteral calculi requiring surgical treatment of upper urinary bladder wall stones were treated with trans-or vaginal and abdomen double massage therapy to promote the discharge of stones and achieve satisfactory results. l
