采用N503-P204混合萃取剂对粉煤灰盐法提铝的硫酸铝铵溶液进行脱铁脱钛处理,获得了高纯硫酸铝铵溶液,制备了高纯超细氧化铝.研究了N503-P204混合萃取剂的除杂效果及三级逆流萃取工艺对Al2O3纯度的影响.用TG-DTA研究了AACH的热解特性,用XRD表征了前驱物及其煅烧产物的物相及粒径,用ICP测定了氧化铝的纯度.结果表明,铁的萃取率达到99.6%,钛的萃取率大于99.9%,AACH的纯度满足制取高纯超细Al2O3的要求,产物为纯度大于99.95%的Al2O3.
The N503-P204 mixed extractant was used to remove the aluminum sulfate ammonium aluminum sulfate solution by the fly ash salt method to obtain the high purity aluminum sulfate solution and obtain the high purity ultrafine alumina.
