对6株溶磷菌和4株固氮菌混合培养,选择最适培养条件即温度,pH和盐分,为确定促生菌的最佳发酵条件和生态适应性评价提供依据。结果表明:溶磷菌和固氮菌单独培养或混合培养最适温度在25~35℃,混合培养较单独培养生长良好;溶磷菌和固氮菌单独培养或混合培养最适pH为6.5~7.5,在pH 7.5~8.5偏碱性环境下,混合培养生长较好,较单独培养耐碱性更强;菌株Lx81+W5组合,Lx191+W5组合和Jm92+W5组合可以在7%的盐浓度下正常生长,较单独培养表现出更强的耐盐性。
Six strains of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and four strains of azotobacter were mixedly cultured, and the optimum culture conditions, temperature, pH and salt, were selected to provide the basis for determining the optimal fermentation conditions and ecological adaptability of the growth promoting bacteria. The results showed that the optimal temperature for phosphate solubilizing bacteria and azotobacter to cultivate alone or mixed culture was 25 ~ 35 ℃, and the mixed culture was better than single culture. Under the alkaline condition of pH 7.5-8.5, mixed culture grew better and was more resistant to alkaline than single culture. The combination of strain Lx81 + W5, Lx191 + W5 and Jm92 + W5 could be normal under the salt concentration of 7% Growth, showed more salt tolerance than single culture.
