目前相当一部分高校在培训工作上的职能性缺失,不能对过去的培训工作的效率和培训设计的合理性以及未来的培训效果的持续性等进行持续的数据跟踪、采集和控制,进而无法做出评估,在这样的条件下,提出完善高校教师队伍培训工作的评估工作。
