本文通过分析我国当前工程研究中心在建立、管理及运合中出现的问题及其原因，试图找出适合我国具体国情的工程研究中心的性质、任务、运行模式和国家的政策取向。
This article attempts to find out the nature, mission, mode of operation and national policy orientation of engineering research center suitable for China's specific national conditions by analyzing the problems and their causes in the establishment, management and operation of current engineering research center in our country.
