数学新课标指出:“学生的发展是数学课程的出发点和归宿”。数学课程的开发无论是在目标的设定、教学过程的设计,还是课程的评价和教学资源的挖掘,都体现了以“学生的发展为根本”的指导思想。为有效贯彻新课标要求,我们的教育在做到面向全体学生的同时,更应关注学习后进生中的每个个体。后进生是教育对象中的一个特殊群体,其形成原因是多方面的。只要学校教育存在,后进生问题必然存在。笔者所写本文意旨是通过对后进生心理障碍的成因及现状作分析,力求探究相应的对策,具有现实意义。
The new curriculum standard of mathematics points out: “The development of students is the starting point and destination of mathematics courses.” The development of mathematics curriculum, whether in the setting of goals, the design of teaching process, or the evaluation of courses and the excavation of teaching resources, all reflect the guiding ideology of “students’ development as the foundation.” In order to effectively implement the new curriculum requirements, our education should be oriented toward all students while paying attention to each individual in the learning process. Undergraduates are a special group of educational objects, and their causes are manifold. As long as school education exists, the problem of backward students must exist. The purpose of this article written by the author is to analyze the cause and current situation of the psychological obstacles of the undergraduates and try to explore the corresponding countermeasures, which is of practical significance.
