美国著名学者波斯纳(Posne)r提出教师成长的公式:成长=经验+反思。新课程教学呼唤教师从单纯的知识传递者走向研究者、反思者,也就要求新时期的教师不仅专业学识要较为丰富,而且还善于对教学问题进行研究和反思。那么,什么是教学反思?什么是物理教学反思?物理教学反思对于教师的专业发展有什么帮助?我们物理教师又如何进行教学反思?笔者试做些初步探讨。
The famous American scholar Posne r put forward the formula of teacher growth: growth = experience + reflection. The teaching of new curriculum calls for teachers to move from simple knowledge transferrs to researchers and reflectors, which also requires that teachers in the new era not only have more professional knowledge, but also are good at researching and reflecting on teaching issues. So, what is the teaching reflection? What is the physics teaching reflection? The physics teaching reflection for the teacher’s professional development has any help? How do our physics teacher carry on the teaching reflection? The author tries to do some preliminary discussion.
