目的了解宁海县2008—2012年乡镇疾控队伍建设情况。方法采集宁海县2008—2012年疾病预防控制工作年鉴中相关数据,输入Excel建立数据库并进行分析。结果疾控人员数量由2008年的102人增加到2012年的138人;人员配备比例由1.70/万提高到2.24/万;年龄趋向年轻化,35岁以下疾控人员所占比例由2008年的48.04%提高到2012年的56.52%;本科以上的高学历人员由2008年的4.90%提高到2012年的41.30%,增加最明显的是2011和2012年;职称结构方面,医士及初卫人员所占比例呈逐年增加趋势,由2008年的29.41%增加到2012年的47.83%。结论宁海县通过健全人才引进机制,壮大乡镇疾控人才队伍,人员结构逐渐优化;但宁海县人员流失严重,配备比例仍未达到要求,需进一步完善措施稳定乡镇疾控队伍。
Objective To understand the construction of township disease control teams in Ninghai County from 2008 to 2012. Results The number of CDCs increased from 102 in 2008 to 138 in 2012; the ratio of staffing increased from 1.70 / million to 2.24 / million; the age tends to be younger, and the proportion of CDC members under the age of 35 increased from 2008 From 48.04% to 56.52% in 2012; that of highly educated personnel with bachelor degree or above increased from 4.90% in 2008 to 41.30% in 2012, the most obvious increase being in 2011 and 2012; The proportion has been increasing year by year, from 29.41% in 2008 to 47.83% in 2012. Conclusion Ninghai County, through the introduction of sound talent introduction mechanism, has expanded the ranks of CDC personnel in villages and towns and the personnel structure has been gradually optimized. However, Ninghai County has suffered from serious loss and its proportion has not yet reached the required level. It is necessary to further improve the measures to stabilize CDC teams in villages and towns.
