目的:探讨采用CPM联合早期康复训练对儿童肘部骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的干预效果。方法:选取2014年7月-2015年6月该院收治126例肘部骨折患儿进行研究,根据治疗方案差异性分为A组与B组,两组各为63人。B组采用早期康复训练,A组则在早期康复训练基础上,采用CPM进行干预,治疗结束后,分析对比两组康复效果。结果:通过采用不同康复训练方案,A组康复疗效优于B组,两组对比具有较大差异性(P<0.05)。结论:采用CPM联合早期康复训练对儿童肘部骨折术后进行干预,可有效减轻肘关节功能障碍,提升康复疗效,具备临床意义与价值。
Objective: To investigate the intervention effect of elbow joint dysfunction after elbow fracture in children using CPM combined with early rehabilitation training. Methods: From July 2014 to June 2015, 126 elder patients with elbow fractures were enrolled in this study. According to the difference of treatment regimens, they were divided into A group and B group, with 63 in each group. In group B, early rehabilitation training was used. In group A, CPM intervention was used on the basis of early rehabilitation training. After treatment, the effect of rehabilitation was analyzed and compared. Results: Compared with group B, group A had better rehabilitation outcomes through different rehabilitation programs (P <0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of CPM combined with early rehabilitation training after elbow fracture in children can effectively alleviate the dysfunction of the elbow joint and improve the rehabilitation efficacy, which has clinical significance and value.
