随着IP网络技术的应用普及,网络融合成为通信业发展的潮流和趋势,全球通信企业都面对如何在网络融合的变革中成功实现转型的挑战。而企业架构创新和管理模式转型是通信企业转型中的重要环节和关键任务,重构以客户为导向的企业架构和以项目管理为核心的管理模式将是通信企业转型中刻不容缓的战略举措。旨在探讨中国通信企业转型中的企业架构创新和管理模式转型,以及在转型中应用项目管理的重要意义和作用。
With the popularization of the application of IP network technology, network convergence has become the trend and trend of the development of the communications industry. The global communications enterprises all face the challenge of how to successfully achieve the transformation in the network convergence. The innovation of enterprise architecture and the transformation of management mode are important links and key tasks in the transformation of communication enterprises.
