学术招生与道德招生、权力分摊和个人评判、当下水平与未来潜质、单项能力与综合素质等,是音乐艺术人才选拔中经常面对、极为重要却也容易被忽略甚至误读的几组关系。文章通过对这几组关系的梳理和辨析,并不试图给出明确的结论和方案,而是旨在启发人们对音乐艺术人才选拔和招生改革进行更深层次的思考。 Academic enrollment and moral enrollment, power-sharing and individual judgment, current level and future potential, individual ability and overall quality are the few relationships that often face, are extremely important, and can easily be overlooked or even misunderstood in the selection of music talents. Through combing and distinguishing these groups of relations, the article does not attempt to give any definite conclusions and proposals. Instead, it aims to inspire people to think more deeply about the selection of musicians and the reform of enrollment.
