通过对烧结过程中碱金属的流向和平衡进行分析,结果表明:碱金属主要来源于南非粉和厂内废弃料,且残留在烧结矿中,K、Na的脱硫率分别为22.87%和8.7%,主要分布在机头灰和机尾灰中,且富集效果明显。工艺条件对碱金属的脱除率的研究表明,随焦粉配比和碱度的升高,K、Na的脱硫率升高,Cl元素有促进碱金属脱除的作用,碱金属含量高加速炉条板结。本文从碱金属的来源及脱除规律找到了消除炉条板结的措施。
