介绍了ZYWL-6000D型定向钻机给进机构的设计方案的确定,液压系统原理。该定向钻机的给进机构采用导轨滑台式结构,机架导轨摒弃了传统的矩形导轨形式,采用2根平行的圆柱钢连接2个底座的导轨结构,对给进机构重要参数进行了分析与计算,对关键部件进行了有限元分析,并且用成品做了相关的工业性实验,为钻机给进机构提供了一种新型的结构。
The design scheme of ZYWL-6000D directional drilling rig is introduced, and the principle of hydraulic system is introduced. The feed mechanism of the directional drilling rig adopts the guide-rail sliding table structure. The rack guideway abandons the traditional rectangular guideway form. Two parallel cylindrical steel bars are used to connect the guide structures of two bases, and the important parameters of the feed mechanism are analyzed and calculated , The finite element analysis of the key components, and finished with the relevant industrial experiments made for the drilling rig into the organization provides a new type of structure.
