实验采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉30min后灌注60min,复制脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。通过测定缺血及再灌注后海马组织中脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量、总抗氧化活性(GAO)和Ca2+-ATP酶活性,观察了葛花露和茶多酚对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。实验结果表明,葛花露和茶多酚能明显降低脑缺血再灌注后海马组织中LPO含量(P<0.01)及保护GAO和Ca2+-ATP酶活性(P<0.01)。提示葛花露和茶多酚对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
