考察了不同产地加工方法对野菊花中蒙花苷、绿原酸和3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸3种活性成分的影响,以高效液相色谱法测定其含量。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈︰0.2%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长330 nm。结果蒙花苷、绿原酸和3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸分别在0.08~0.8、0.046~0.46和0.066~0.66μg范围内线性关系良好。其回收率分别为98.9%、98.3%和98.1%,RSD分别为2.07%、1.47%和1.19%。
The effects of different processing methods on the three active ingredients of Monascus, Chlorogenic acid and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid in Chrysanthemum morifolium were investigated, and their contents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Diamonsil C18 column with acetonitrile: 0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, gradient elution, the detection wavelength of 330 nm. Results Mononin glycosides, chlorogenic acids and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.08-0.8,0.046-0.66 and 0.066-0.66 μg, respectively. The recoveries were 98.9%, 98.3% and 98.1%, respectively, with RSDs of 2.07%, 1.47% and 1.19%, respectively.
