集成电路设计具有涉及面广、综合性强和技术更新快等特点,传统的教学模式已不能实现高质量和高效率的教学效果。本文提出了关于“集成电路设计”课程教学改革的几点意见,针对涉及面广和综合性强的特点,应充分利用现代信息技术,建设数字化教学资源库;设计性课程普遍存在入门难和学生容易厌学的问题,需采用启发式、探究式、讨论式、参与式、翻转课堂等教学模式来充分调动学生学习积极性;设计课程免不了实践环节,应加强实践教学;由于集成电路技术更新快,教学中既要做好基础理论讲授,又需要向学生输送大量的学科前沿信息,以便学生掌握行业动态。通过教学改革,做到理论联系实践、基础和前沿并举、鼓励创新和协作,充分调动学生的学习积极性,实现高质量、高效率的教学效果。
Integrated circuit design involves a wide range of features, such as comprehensive and rapid technology updates, the traditional teaching model has been unable to achieve high quality and efficient teaching results. This article puts forward some opinions on the teaching reform of the course of “Integrated Circuit Design”. For the characteristics of wide coverage and comprehensiveness, we should make full use of modern information technology to construct the digital teaching resource base. The design course is generally difficult to get started And students are easy to weariness problems, we must use heuristic, inquiry, discussion, participatory, flip classroom and other teaching modes to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students; design courses are inevitable in practice, should strengthen the practice of teaching; due to the update of integrated circuit technology Quick, teaching should not only do basic theory teaching, but also need to send students a lot of cutting-edge information in order to enable students to grasp the industry dynamics. Through the teaching reform, we should achieve the combination of theory, practice, foundation and forefront, encourage innovation and collaboration, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and achieve high quality and efficient teaching results.
