目前,我国的混凝土结构工程中非预应力钢筋的应用强度比发达国家低1个~2个等级,为300兆帕~500兆帕。结构材料用量偏大,消耗了过多资源和能源。600兆帕级钢筋是我国新研制开发的高强钢筋,应用于混凝土结构中节约钢材,社会效益和经济效益效果显著。笔者介绍了600兆帕级钢筋混凝土受弯、受剪构件的受力性能、粘结锚固性能的试验研究结果,提出了混凝土结构采用600兆帕级钢筋时的设计施工建议,并以工程实例为背景进行对比分析。
At present, the strength of non-prestressed reinforced concrete in China’s concrete structural engineering is between 1 and 2 grades lower than that in developed countries, ranging from 300 MPa to 500 MPa. The amount of structural materials is too large, consumes too much resources and energy. 600 MPa grade steel is newly developed high-strength steel in China, which is used to save steel in concrete structures, and the social and economic benefits are remarkable. The author introduced the test results of 600 MPa class reinforced concrete flexural strength, shear strength and anchorage performance of anchored members, and put forward the design and construction suggestions when using 600 MPa grade reinforced concrete structure.
