选择牛粪、羊粪、蔗渣、草炭、谷壳等农业废弃物为原料,掺入本土、江沙,以不同体积比设计7种基质配方,以筛选出最适合柠檬砧木枳壳苗生长的基质配方。研究结果表明:不同处理的基质配方对枳壳苗的生长有显著影响,其中M4(本土∶江沙∶草炭=4∶1∶1.5)和M5(本土∶江沙∶蔗渣=4∶1∶1.5)处理的枳壳苗地上部的生物量居前2位;M4处理的枳壳苗地径显著高于其他处理的,比对照(CK)高13.9%;M4和M5的株高分别达到70.49 cm和65.72 cm;M5处理的地下部生物量显著高于CK的,同时具有较大的根系体积、根尖数。综合考虑成本、效益,筛选出M5处理为枳壳苗繁育的最适基质配方。

Considering the cost and benefit, the optimum matrix formula of M5 for the breeding of Fructus Aurantii was screened out.
