本文研究了从皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai Ino)中分离提取的鲍鱼多糖对荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性及迟发超型敏反应的作用。鲍鱼多糖能明显增强荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和迟发型超敏反应,提示鲍鱼多糖可能通过激活巨噬细胞及T细胞,直接或间接地促进细胞毒因子的释放、杀伤肿瘤细胞,从而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,发挥其抗肿瘤作用。
In this paper, the effects of abalone polysaccharide isolated from Haliotis discus hannai Ino on peritoneal macrophage activity and delayed hypersensitivity in tumor-bearing mice were studied. Abalone polysaccharide can significantly enhance phagocytic function and delayed-type hypersensitivity of peritoneal macrophages in tumor-bearing mice, suggesting that abalone polysaccharide may directly or indirectly promote the release of cytotoxic agents and kill tumor cells by activating macrophages and T cells , Thereby inhibiting the growth of tumor cells, to play its anti-tumor effect.
