随着发动机涡轮前进口温度越来越高,设计好的预旋结构,并准确地进行预旋结构的流体动力计算尤为重要。针对发动机中普遍使用的叶栅型预旋结构,采用商业软件CFX对某种叶栅型预旋喷嘴流动进行了数值模拟计算;根据2种叶栅型预旋喷嘴的试验结果,分析了叶栅型预旋喷嘴的流动特点,同时总结了1套关于叶栅型预旋结构的流体动力计算和预旋相关参数的计算方法,并编制了计算程序。结果表明:用该方法计算得到的预旋相关参数变化规律与真实物理特性相一致。
