为了改善和提高橡胶沥青性能,采用次氯酸钠活化橡胶粉的方法,并结合扫描显微电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、粘度及动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对活化橡胶沥青的微观及宏观性能进行研究。测试结果表明:次氯酸钠活化可使胶粉和沥青之间的接触面积相应增大,同时增加胶粉表面的活性成分,提高胶粉与基质沥青间的相容性;活化胶粉可显著降低橡胶沥青粘度,且胶粉掺量越大,降粘效果越明显,从而提高沥青路面施工和易性;活化橡胶沥青的车辙因子略大于普通橡胶沥青的车辙因子,说明次氯酸钠活化对于橡胶沥青高温性能有一定的改善作用;橡胶沥青活化前后的FTIR图谱没有明显的吸收峰变化,未产生新的官能团,说明次氯酸钠活化在橡胶沥青体系中仅起到增容的作用。
In order to improve and enhance the performance of rubber asphalt, sodium hypochlorite activated rubber powder was used in combination with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), viscosity and dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) Macro performance research.
