介绍了用 1台低频激光测振仪对地震计做水平与垂直振动校准的原理。通过对测振仪光电信号的理论计算 ,得出了要获得最佳信号必须使垂直与水平测量光路保持等光程。据此设计并制出了高性能的低频测振仪 ,成功的应用于针对地震计设计的低频振动校准系统中
The principle of calibrating horizontal and vertical vibration of seismometer with a low frequency laser vibrometer is introduced. Through the theoretical calculation of the photoelectric signal of the vibrometer, it is concluded that for obtaining the best signal, the optical path of the vertical and horizontal measuring light must be kept in the same optical path. Based on this, a high-performance low-frequency vibrometer was designed and made and successfully applied in the low-frequency vibration calibration system designed for seismometers
