利用FLUENT对AP1000核电汽轮机中压调节阀所受气动力矩进行数值模拟求解,并用工程计算对模拟结果进行验证。保持中压主汽阀全开,对调节阀不同开度下得到的数值模拟结果进行比较分析,并讨论气动力矩随调节阀开度的变化规律。结果表明:气动力矩的数值模拟求解方便简单,模拟结果虽与工程计算得到的结果有些许偏差,但在合理范围之内,所以数值模拟求解结果可信。从模拟结果得到的数据可以看出,调节阀由闭合逐渐开启过程中,气动力矩先逐渐增大,当开度开至40°左右达到最大值,之后气动力矩随开度增大而逐渐减小至0。
Using FLUENT, the aerodynamic moment of the medium pressure regulating valve of AP1000 nuclear turbine was numerically simulated and the simulation results were verified by engineering calculation.
