利用放射性同位素Au~(198)对正常生产条件下的低钢碳(170×1000毫米~2断面)板坯进行试验,示踪元素显示出来了凝固前沿。通过自射照像得到在板坯连铸过程中液态钢运动性质的某些信息。试验表明,在两相区,不存在晶间钢液明显的流动,示踪元素在底部所标记的是液相线T_L的位置,而不是通常认为的固相线T_s。当拉速为1.5米/分时,液相线T_L的末端距液面约4米,根据数学模型计算得出其液芯长度为15.2米。
The low carbon steel (170 × 1000 mm ~ 2 cross-section) slab under normal production conditions was tested using the radioisotope Au ~ (198), and the tracer element showed the solidification front. Some information about the moving properties of liquid steel during slab casting is obtained by self-radiography. Experiments show that in the two-phase region, there is no significant flow of liquid steel between the intergranular, tracer elements at the bottom marked the location of the liquidus T_L, rather than the generally considered solidus T_s. When the pulling speed is 1.5 m / min, the end of the liquidus T_L is about 4 meters away from the liquid surface. According to the mathematical model, the liquid core length is 15.2 meters.
