[目的]比较从医院中分离的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对聚醇醚碘和聚维酮碘抗性的差异。[方法]分别测定这两种细菌对这两种碘伏的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。[结果]除3株金黄色葡萄球菌对这两种碘伏的MIC结果一致外,其余13株的MIC和16株的MBC结果均有很大的差异。[结论]从医院分离的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对聚醇醚碘和聚维酮碘的抗性存在明显差异。
[Objective] To compare the resistance of E.coli and S. aureus isolates from hospitals to the toxicity of poly (ethylene glycol ether) and povidone-iodine. [Method] The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of these two kinds of bacteria against these two kinds of iodophor were measured respectively. [Result] Except for the three strains of Staphylococcus aureus, the results of MIC of two strains of iodophor were consistent, and the MICs of the remaining strains of 13 strains and the strains of 16 strains showed great differences. [Conclusion] The resistance of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus isolated from the hospital to the polyether iodine and povidone iodine is obviously different.
