“十一五”以来,国家密集出台区域发展规划和政策性文件,促进了我国区域经济发展,对天津是机遇还是挑战,值得我们思考。本文从区域发展战略演变出发,介绍了我国区域发展格局的形成及总体情况,分析了区域发展布局的思路、特点和政策,进而提出了天津市下一步应对措施的建议。 Since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the state has introduced the regional development planning and policy documents intensively to promote the development of regional economy in our country. This is an opportunity or a challenge to Tianjin and deserves our consideration. Based on the evolution of regional development strategy, this paper introduces the formation and general situation of the regional development pattern in our country, analyzes the train of thought, characteristics and policies of regional development and layout, and then puts forward some suggestions on the next steps to be taken in Tianjin.
