目的建立简易回流辅助消解原子荧光法测定大米中的重金属砷和汞的方法。方法采用简易回流辅助湿法消解样品,用双道原子荧光光度计测定大米中的As和Hg重金属含量。结果在最佳实验条件下,As和Hg元素的工作曲线的相关系数分别为0.9992、0.9996,检出限分别为0.012和0.014μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD%,n=7)分别为1.4%和0.5%,加标回收率分别为87%~105%和83~104%。结论该方法是一种快速、高效、简便的测定大米中的As和Hg重金属含量的检测方法。
AIM: To establish a simple method for the determination of heavy metals arsenic and mercury in rice by simple reflux-assisted digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Simple reflux assisted wet digestion of samples, determination of As and Hg heavy metals in rice by dual-channel atomic fluorescence photometer. Results Under the optimum conditions, the correlation coefficients of the working curves of As and Hg were 0.9992 and 0.9996, respectively. The detection limits were 0.012 and 0.014 μg / L, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSD%, n = 7) were 1.4 % And 0.5% respectively. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 87% to 105% and from 83% to 104%, respectively. Conclusion This method is a rapid, efficient and simple method for the determination of heavy metals in As and Hg in rice.
