采用正交设计试验方法试验研究了等离子喷涂工艺参数稳定性对 Cr2 O3涂层结合性的影响。结果表明 ,等离子喷涂电弧电流和涂层厚度对涂层结合性影响较大 ,并且 ,电弧电流和涂层厚度之间存在一定的交互作用 ;涂层内孔隙率是影响涂层结合性的主要原因
Orthogonal design test method was used to study the influence of plasma spray process parameters stability on the adhesion of Cr 2 O 3 coating. The results show that plasma spraying arc current and coating thickness have a great influence on coating adhesion, and there is a certain interaction between arc current and coating thickness. The inner porosity of coating is the main factor that affects the coating adhesion
