信访是指公民、法人或者其他组织采用书信、电子邮件、传真、电话、走访等形式,向各级人民政府、县级以上人民政府工作部门反映情况,提出建议、意见或者投诉请求,依法由有关行政机关处理的活动。随着医患纠纷的逐年上升,医疗信访工作的重要性越来越突出。本文分析了医疗信访工作中暴露出的主要问题及形成原因,并提出了完善医疗信访工作的对策建议。
Petition refers to the citizens, legal persons or other organizations in the form of correspondence, e-mail, fax, telephone, visit, etc., to the people’s government at all levels, the work of the people’s government above the county level to reflect the situation, make recommendations, comments or complaints, according to law by the relevant Administrative agencies handle the activities. With the increasing number of doctor-patient disputes, the importance of medical petition work has become more and more prominent. This article analyzes the main problems exposed in the medical petition work and the reasons for the formation, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the medical petition work.
