子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是生育期妇女常见的良性疾患,发病率逐年增加。EMs的病因尚未完全明确。研究发现EMs患者腹腔液中的免疫细胞的变化最为明显,多种免疫细胞及因子的改变,对异位内膜的黏附、种植、增殖等各环节均起重要作用。干扰素(IFN)作为一种最早被发现的细胞因子,在人体免疫系统中起重要的调节作用。IFN-γ通过对各种免疫细胞、细胞因子及基因的调节在EMs的发生发展中起重要的作用。
Endometriosis (EMs) is a common benign disease in women of reproductive age, the incidence increased year by year. The etiology of EMs is not yet fully understood. The study found that EMs patients with peritoneal fluid changes in the most obvious immune cells, a variety of immune cells and factors change, the ectopic endometrium adhesion, planting, proliferation and other links play an important role. Interferon (IFN), one of the earliest discovered cytokines, plays an important regulatory role in the body’s immune system. IFN-γ plays an important role in the development of EMs through the regulation of various immune cells, cytokines and genes.
