为了克服一些传统方法对采空区煤自燃温度场监测的不足,提出了一种本质安全、监测范围广泛的采空区煤自燃分布式光纤温度监测预警技术。基于自发后向拉曼散射的分布式温度测量技术,研制出矿用隔爆型分布式光纤测温装置;采用恒温拟合方法和经验公式修正温度误差,提高了检测温度的精确度;开发出采空区煤自燃分布式光纤温度监测预警软件系统,提出在采空区三带范围内将感温光缆采用倒“弓”形的布置方法。试验结果表明:将该系统可实时监测采空区温度场分布及其变化趋势,并实现煤自燃的分级预警和发火位置的判定,对矿井防灭火工作具有重要的指导作用。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of some traditional methods for monitoring the temperature field of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, a self-ignition distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring and warning technology for spontaneous combustion of coal spontaneous combustion in mined-out area with intrinsic safety and wide range of monitoring is proposed. Based on the distributed temperature measurement technique of spontaneous backward Raman scattering, a flameproof distributed optical fiber temperature measurement device for mining was developed. The temperature error was corrected by the method of constant temperature fitting and the empirical formula to improve the accuracy of detection temperature. Proposed in the goaf area within the three-zone temperature sensing cable with inverted “bow ” -shaped arrangement method. The test results show that the system can monitor the temperature field distribution and its changing trend in real time, and realize the classified warning of pre-ignition coal spontaneous combustion and the determination of fire position, which plays an important guiding role in the fire prevention and control of mine.
