因原有桥梁不能满足需要进行改建而引起的旧桥桩基利用已成为桥梁工程的普遍问题。结合芜湖市袁泽桥改建的旧桥桩基利用工程,开展了旧桥桩身混凝土碳化深度、氯离子含量、氧化钙影响以及钢筋锈蚀等试验研究,为工程设计和施工提供了依据,避免了工程建设的重复性,节省了工程造价;同时形成了系统的旧桥桩基利用耐久性试验方法,为其他桥梁改建工程的旧桩利用提供了可供参考的经验。
The use of old bridge piles caused by the failure to meet the needs of existing bridges has become a common problem in bridge engineering. Based on the project of old bridge pile foundation reconstructed by Yuanze Bridge in Wuhu City, the experimental research on the carbonation depth, chloride ion content, influence of calcium oxide and corrosion of reinforced steel in the old bridge piles was carried out, which provided the basis for engineering design and construction and avoided the construction of the project The construction cost is saved; meanwhile, the durability test method of the used old bridge pile foundation is formed, which provides reference for the utilization of old piles of other bridge reconstruction projects.
