教学目标缺位制约效率提高——小学语文课堂教学效率低下的原因浅析

语文教学的“高耗低效”问题一直没有得到根本性的解决,仔细审视一下,就会发现,造成这种现象的一个重要原因竟是老师们对教学目标的认识和设计很不到位。有相当一部分老师自己不会独立设计教学目标,课时教学目标随课堂变化及时调整与动态生成的,更是少之又少。小学语文课堂教学在教学目标方面存在的问题,笔者大致地罗列了一下,主要有以下五个方面的问题。 The problem of “high consumption and inefficiency” in Chinese teaching has not been fundamentally solved. If we look closely, we will find that an important reason for this phenomenon is that teachers’ understanding and design of teaching objectives are not well established . A considerable part of the teachers themselves will not independently design the teaching objectives, class teaching objectives with the classroom changes in a timely manner to adjust and dynamically generated, it is rare. Primary language teaching in the teaching objectives of the existing problems, the author outlined a moment, mainly in the following five aspects.
