目的:探讨放射线对鼻腔黏液纤毛传输功能的影响。方法:采用糖精试验方法测定经筛选的46例鼻咽癌(NPC)患者放疗前及放疗后各阶段的糖精清除时间(SCT)。在放疗前、放疗中(第4周)、放疗后(第8周)、后3个月(放疗结束后)、后6个月(放疗结束后)、后12个月(放疗结束后)、后18个月(放疗结束后)共7个阶段各受测1次获得SCT值。结果:46例患者在放疗前阶段测试SCT值最短为247s,最长为601s。在放疗中第4周至放疗结束后18个月各阶段测试SCT值最长时间位于放疗结束后12个月,SCT值为903s。放疗前与放疗结束后18个月的SCT均值差异无统计学意义,而放疗前与放疗中第4周,放疗后第8周,放疗结束后3、6、12个月的SCT均值差异均有统计学意义。结论:放射线对鼻腔鼻窦黏液纤毛传输功能的影响是主要因素,而性别和鼻腔侧别可能是次要因素。测定NPC患者各阶段的SCT值可指导临床有效保护鼻腔鼻窦黏膜,减少放射性鼻窦炎的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of radiation on nasal mucociliary transport. Methods: Saccharin test was used to determine the time of saccharification (SCT) before and after radiotherapy in 46 selected NPC patients. Before radiotherapy, during radiotherapy (week 4), after radiotherapy (week 8), after 3 months (after radiotherapy), after 6 months (after radiotherapy), after 12 months (after radiotherapy) After 18 months (after the end of radiotherapy) a total of seven stages were measured once to obtain SCT value. Results: The shortest SCT value of 46 patients in the pre-radiotherapy stage was 247s and the longest was 601s. In the fourth week of radiotherapy to 18 months after the end of radiotherapy, the longest time of testing SCT value was 12 months after the end of radiotherapy and the SCT value was 903s. There was no significant difference in mean SCT between before radiotherapy and 18 months after the end of radiotherapy. However, there were significant differences in SCT before radiotherapy between the 4th week, the 8th week after radiotherapy and the 3rd, 6th and 12th month after radiotherapy Statistical significance. CONCLUSION: Radiation effects on the mucociliary transport of nasal sinuses are the major factors, while gender and nasal side may be secondary factors. The determination of SCT in all stages of NPC patients can guide clinical effective protection of nasal sinus mucosa and reduce the occurrence of radioactive sinusitis.
