采用常规压片法,对7种禾本科牧草、15种豆科牧草和1种藜科饲料作物的染色体数目进行了检查,为这些重要的牧草及饲料作物的遗传育种工作提供细胞学依据。同时,本文还对它们进行多倍体育种的可能性进行了讨论。
The number of chromosomes of 7 gramineous forages, 15 leguminous forages and 1 Chenopodiaceae forage crop was examined by conventional tabletting method to provide cytological basis for the genetic breeding of these important grasses and forage crops. At the same time, the paper also discussed their possibility of polyploid breeding.
