目的:建立测定骨痈内消丸中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Eclipse XDB C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(8∶92,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为327 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:绿原酸的进样量在0.035 1~0.702 4μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤1.8%;平均加样回收率为98.37%,RSD=1.93%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、快速,重复性好,可用于骨痈内消丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid in Gushen Nei Xia Wan. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography.
