Despite the fact that the West has studied Frege in recent decades, it seems that the Dmitry or Volkos too focused too much on the articles “Meaning and Allegation,” but not enough about the “Concept and Object A text. In my opinion, this unwarranted ignorance comes from the general lack of historical sense of modern analytical philosophers. Although the article ”Concepts and Objects" is not long, the pursuit of ideal language contained therein, the revelation of the propositional structure and the expression of the principle of meaning all make us truly feel that Frege as a pioneer Meaningful. It is from this perspective that I hope that the introductory remarks made here will stimulate the research interest of everybody so as to further explore the historical and realistic value of Frege’s thought. Frege’s article was published in the fourth issue of Science Philosophy Quarterly in Germany, No. 16, 1892.
