随着近几年国内、外新材料导线的开发及应用领域的不断扩大,44所传统模式的传感器生产导线处理工艺已显落后,不能适应当前大批量生产的产品需求。选用新材料AF-0.03mm2-200℃高温导线,具有较好的温度特性及耐温性、工艺操作性强、稳定性好的特性,弥补原生产工艺的缺陷;经多次在贴片及装配工序试验与检测,该导线使用后不但达到了传感器各项性能指标要求,而且大大降低了成本,提高了工效。
