目的 :研究水蛭注射液对小鼠体内血栓形成和血浆纤溶酶原激活物 (t PA)及抑制物 (PAI)的影响。方法 :给不同组小鼠分别注射不同剂量水蛭注射液。用角叉菜胶诱发小鼠体内血栓形成。发色底物法测定血浆t PA及PAI活性。结果 :水蛭组与血栓对照组相比 ,尾部血栓形成长度百分数明显缩短 ,PAI明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :水蛭注射液具有抗栓作用 ,其作用机理可能主要与减少血浆PAI的释放有关
Objective: To study the effect of leech injection on thrombosis and plasma plasminogen activator (tPA) and inhibitor (PAI) in mice. Methods: Different groups of mice were injected with different doses of leech injection. Carrageenin induces thrombosis in mice. The chromogenic substrate method was used to determine plasma t PA and PAI activity. RESULTS: Compared with the thrombosis control group, the percentage of tail thrombosis was significantly shorter in PAS group and PAI was significantly lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Shuizhe injection has antithrombotic effect and its mechanism of action may be mainly related to the reduction of plasma PAI release.
