目的:探讨老年恶性肿瘤患者血浆纤维蛋白单体和D-二聚体的测定及临床意义。方法:选取来我院就诊或进行体格检查的200例患者及健康人为研究对象,其中包括老年恶性肿瘤患者、非老年恶性肿瘤患者、老年体格检查健康者、非老年体格检查健康者各50例,采用免疫比浊法分别对患者血浆纤维蛋白单体和D-二聚体进行测定,比较其含量。结果:通过对比分析检测结果发现,恶性肿瘤患者血浆纤维蛋白单体和D-二聚体的含量明显高于体格检查健康者,而老年体格检查健康者D-二聚体含量也较非老年体格检查健康者含量高,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05);但老年恶性肿瘤患者的血浆纤维蛋白单体和D-二聚体的含量与非年恶性肿瘤患者的含量差异不明显,老年体格检查健康者与非老年体格检查健康者的血浆纤维蛋白单体含量差别也不明显,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:对肿瘤患者进行诊断时,可将血浆纤维蛋白单体和D-二聚体作为其诊断的重要指标,而血浆纤维蛋白单体和D-二聚体二者联合能够有效诊断老年恶性肿瘤患者肿瘤性血栓,并且可作为检查肿瘤进展及疗效的可靠指标。
Objective: To investigate the determination of plasma fibrin monomer and D-dimer in elderly patients with malignant tumor and its clinical significance. Methods: A total of 200 patients and healthy subjects from our hospital were selected as study subjects, including elderly patients with malignant tumors, non-elderly patients with malignant tumors, healthy elderly patients with physical examination, and healthy non-elderly patients with 50 cases of physical examination, Immunoturbidimetry was used to measure plasma fibrin monomer and D-dimer in patients respectively, and their contents were compared. Results: The results of comparative analysis showed that the levels of plasma fibronectin and D-dimer were significantly higher in patients with malignant tumors than in those with physical examination, while the D-dimer levels in elderly healthy people were also higher than those in non-elderly The content of plasma fibrin monomer and D-dimer in elderly patients with malignant tumor was not significantly different from that in non-malignant tumor patients, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05) There was no significant difference in plasma fibrin monomer content between healthy subjects and non-elderly healthy subjects (P> 0.05). Conclusions: Plasma fibronectin and D-dimer can be used as important markers in the diagnosis of cancer patients. The combination of plasma fibrin monomer and D-dimer can effectively diagnose gerontal malignancy Patients with tumor thrombus, and can be used as a reliable indicator of tumor progression and efficacy.
