目的探讨误行包皮环切术后的隐匿性阴茎的整形治疗。方法回顾性分析近6年来14例采用两侧阴囊转移皮瓣修复被误行包皮环形切除术后的隐匿性阴茎病例。结果术后14例随访1年～4年,阴茎发育良好,隐匿的阴茎体全部得到矫治。结论采用阴囊皮瓣法修复被误行包皮环形切除术后的隐匿性阴茎效果满意。
Objective To investigate the cosmetic treatment of occult penile after circumcision. Methods Retrospective analysis of 14 cases of occult penis after circumcision circumcision by bilateral scrotum transfer flaps in the recent 6 years was retrospectively analyzed. Results 14 cases were followed up for 1 year to 4 years. The penis developed well and all the hidden penis bodies were corrected. Conclusions The scrotal skin flap method is satisfactory for repairing the concealed penis after being circumcised by circumcision.
