合成了6种对称胺的二碘合铂(II)配合物cis- [Pt(CH3NH2 ) 2 I2 ](1) ,cis- [Pt(C2 H5NH2 ) 2 I2 ](2 )和cis- [Pt(—NH2 ) 2 I2 ](3)以及不对称胺的二碘合铂(II)配合物cis- [Pt(CH3NH2 ) (NH3) I2 ](4) ,cis- [Pt(C2 H5NH2 )(NH3) I2 ](5 )和(cis- [Pt(—NH2 ) (NH3) I2 ](6 ) .用元素分析和红外光谱对其进行了表征.体外抗肿瘤活性表明,不对称胺的二碘合铂(II)配合物的抗肿瘤活性明显好于其相应的对称胺的二碘合铂(II)配合物,载体基团环己胺可能是非常重要的药效基团.
The synthesis of cis- [Pt (CH3NH2) 2 I2] (1), cis- [Pt (C2 H5NH2) 2 I2] (2) and cis- [Pt (NH3) I2] (4), cis- [Pt (C2H5NH2) (NH3) 2] and asymmetric diamine platinum (II) I2] (5) and (cis- [Pt (-NH2) (NH3) I2] (6) were characterized by elemental analysis and FTIR. The anti-tumor activity in vitro showed that the asymmetric amines (II) complex is significantly more potent than its corresponding symmetric amine diiodo platinum (II) complex, and the cycloalkylamine carrier group may be a very important pharmacophore.
