目的研究穿龙薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元含量与产地及生长年限的关系,为制定穿龙薯蓣的质量标准提供参考数据。方法利用ALLTECH高效液相色谱仪测定不同产地及生长年限的穿龙薯蓣样品中薯蓣皂苷元的含量,并用SPSS16.0软件对测定结果进行统计分析。结果薯蓣皂苷元在0.2~4.0μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1.711×10-7X+5.084×10-2,r2=0.999 9,测定了48批穿龙薯蓣样品中薯蓣皂苷元的含量,相同生长年限不同产地样品中薯蓣皂苷元含量呈正态分布,且1年生样品中薯蓣皂苷元含量与2年及3年生相比,差异显著,而2年生与3年生样品中薯蓣皂苷元含量差异不显著。结论穿龙薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元含量与产地有一定相关性,且最佳生长年限为2年。
Objective To study the relationship between the content of diosgenin, the origin and the growth period of Dioscorea nipponica, and provide the reference data for establishing the quality standard of Dioscorea nipponica. Methods The content of diosgenin in Dioscorea zingiberensis collected from different areas and growing years was determined by ALLTECH high performance liquid chromatography. The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of diosgenin and the peak area of 0.2 ~ 4.0μg. The regression equation was Y = 1.711 × 10-7X + 5.084 × 10-2, r2 = 0.999 9. The contents of diosgenin in 48 samples of Dioscorea nipponica Sapogenin content, diosgenin content in samples from different regions of the same growth period was normal distribution, and the content of diosgenin in 1-year-old samples was significantly different from 2-year and 3-year-old samples, while in 2-year and 3-year samples Diosgenin content was not significantly different. Conclusion The content of diosgenin in Dioscorea zingiberensis has some correlation with its origin, and the best growth period is 2 years.
