弦支穹顶结构在预应力施工过程中环索和索撑节点之间的摩擦力会产生可观的预应力损失,并且会导致施工完成后弦支穹顶结构的预应力分布显著偏离设计状态,从而明显削弱弦支穹顶结构的性能.本文提出了一种可用于弦支穹顶结构的滚动式索撑节点,并通过试验和有限元分析研究了这种新型索撑节点的预应力损失和力学性能.根据试验数据,对比传统的索撑节点发现,新型的索撑节点可以减少预应力损失从21.65%到10.85%.除此之外,试验结果和有限元分析结果均表明新型索撑节点的力学性能安全合理.因此,在弦支穹顶结构未来的设计中可以推广这种滚动式索撑节点.
