目的:研究甘草根及根状茎中甘草酸和可溶性糖动态变化规律。方法:采用PVP管栽及大田试验,对2年生栽培甘草有效成分甘草酸的含量和可溶性糖含量动态变化进行研究。结果:在根纵向分布是在形态学下端甘草酸含量高;根状茎中从主根向远离主根方向,甘草酸含量逐渐减少;在1年中甘草酸含量随发育节律而波动,在7月初有一个积累高峰,可溶性糖在7月中旬至8月初为积累高峰。结论:甘草适宜采收期为9月末至10月初,该结果可为甘草的规范化种植提供参考。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of glycyrrhizin and soluble sugar in licorice roots and rhizomes. Methods: The dynamic changes of glycyrrhizic acid content and soluble sugar content of 2-year-old licorice root were studied by PVP tube plantation and field experiment. Results: Longitudinal distribution of root in the root morphology of glycyrrhizic acid content is high; rhizomes from the main root away from the main root direction, glycyrrhizic acid content decreased gradually; 1 year glycyrrhizinic acid content with the developmental rhythm and fluctuations in early July A peak of accumulation, soluble sugar peaked from mid-July to early August. Conclusion: The suitable harvest period of licorice is from the end of September to the beginning of October, and the results can provide reference for the standardized cultivation of licorice.
