采用完全双列杂交半轮配方法,分析了同源四倍体普通白菜茎芥菜胞质雄性不育系07P-2及5个四倍体普通白菜自交系配制的15个F1的16个农艺性状的配合力。结果表明:16个农艺性状的遗传均受基因加性效应、显性效应和互作效应的共同作用;07P-10农艺性状的一般配合力(GCA)最好,是综合性状优良的亲本,雄性不育系07P-2一般配合力次之,可作为四倍体普通白菜F1的制种骨干亲本;不同性状间及同一性状不同组合间特殊配合力(SCA)效应值差异较大,根据SCA综合表现,07P-2×07P-7、07P-2×07P-10具有较高的应用价值。
