通过对现有4种液态金属的无容器电磁约束近终成形技术优缺点的论述,提出一种把无污染熔炼和电磁成形融为一体的全新技术——近似零件形状的高频电磁约束成形技术,对这5种电磁约束成形技术的原理分为4个阶段:(1)初始加热阶段;(2)部分熔化电磁约束成形阶段;(3)完全熔化约束成形阶段;(4)最终约束成形阶段。并对各阶段进行了较全面的阐述,获得电磁约束最终形状所需电磁场分布以及液态金属能在电磁场作用下稳定成形需满足的条件。最后探讨了该技术进一步应用及其存在的问题
