目的:研究近红外光谱快速鉴别法在中成药领域应用的可行性。方法:选择17种常见的假中成药品种,研究建立近红外光谱鉴别模型,并进行实验室验证和实际应用验证。结果:该方法能较准确地鉴别中成药的真伪,不同品种近红外鉴别法的准确率达到80%~100%。结论:近红外鉴别法在中成药领域有其实用价值,目前相关的研究还存在一定的空白,值得进一步研究推广应用。
Objective: To study the feasibility of rapid identification of near infrared spectroscopy in the field of proprietary Chinese medicines. Methods: Seventeen kinds of common Chinese patent medicines were selected. The identification model of near infrared spectroscopy was established and verified by laboratory and practical application. Results: The method can more accurately identify the authenticity of proprietary Chinese medicines, and the accuracy of different varieties of near-infrared identification method reaches 80% ~ 100%. Conclusion: Near infrared spectroscopy has its practical value in the field of proprietary Chinese medicines. There are still some gaps in the related research at present, and it is worth further research to popularize and apply it.
